نشرت حسابات وصفحات عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي خبر استدعاء المحكمة الاتحادية لرئيس المفوضية جليل عدنان خلف، تمهيدا لحل البرلمان في دعوى النطق المقررة اليوم الأربعاء.
الحقيقة:
خبر مزيف، فالمكتب الاعلامي للمحكمة الاتحادية نفى استدعاء رئيس مجلس المفوضية العليا للانتخابات الى جلسة المحكمة الاتحادية الخاصة بالدعوى المنظورة من قبلها والمتعلقة بطلب حل مجلس النواب.
وأرجأت المحكمة الاتحادية جلستها بشأن البت في الشكوى المقدمة لحل البرلمان مرتين، حتى حددت يوم 9 أيلول سبتمبر موعدا للنطق بالحكم.
