نشر الصحفي إيهاب منشورًا على صفحته الشخصية عبر فيسبوك جاء فيه: "شكرا لكل من اتصل خصوصا نقابة الصحفيين الفلسطينيين و الهيئة المستقلة لحقوق الانسان وزملائي الاحباء واطمئن الجميع بانه لم يتم اعتقالي بعد تهديدي من قبل عناصر المباحث والامن الداخلي لكن لازالت الامور صعبة جدا على اي صحفي يوثق ويوصل صراخ المواطنين".
