نشرت صفحات وحسابات عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي خبرًا جاء فيه: "قاضي قضاة فلسطين محمود الهباش خلال خطبة الجمعة: أبارك لأخي الوزير أحمد مجدلاني توليه منصب وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الدينية".
الحقيقة أن الخبر مفبرك.
استمع الفريق لخطبة الجمعة ٣٠ يوليو/ تموز والتي جاء عنوانها "فاصبر إنَّ وعدَ اللهِ حق" ولم يعلن بها الهباش عن تولّي المجدلاني وزارة الأوقاف.
كما نفى وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية أحمد مجدلاني عبر حسابهِ في فيسبوك الخبر ذاكرًا أنها أخبار مفبركة وأكاذيب.
