نشرت وسائل إعلامية مثل (مونت كارلو الدولية) خبراً حول اكتشاف الصحة الفرنسية لسلالة جديدة من فيروس كورونا مع عنوانٍ جاء فيه :"ظهور سلالة جديد من كورونا 'أكثر خطورة وأسرع انتشارًا' بمنطقة بريتاني".
الحقيقة أن العنوان مضلل.
في متن الخبر الذي أوردته إذاعة مونت كارلو وغيرها من المواقع ذُكر بأن بيان الصحة الفرنسية قد أشار إلى أن التحاليل الأولية لم توضح أن السلالة الجديدة أكثر خطورة أو أسرع انتشاراً من غيرها، ما يعني أن الوسائل الإعلامية التي أوردت هذا العنوان قد ناقضت نفسها في متن خبرها.
